About the Journal

International Journal of Agriculture, Food and Innovation – MIYR (IJAFI-MIYR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published quarterly by MIYR Press, the publishing division of the Misheel Institute for Young Researchers (MIYR), Mongolia.

The journal publishes original research, review articles, short communications, and case studies that advance knowledge across agriculture, food science, and innovation. It provides a forum for the dissemination of scientifically rigorous research that addresses current and emerging challenges in agricultural production, food systems, environmental sustainability, and rural development.

The journal is published quarterly, with the inaugural issue (Volume 1, Issue 1) scheduled for September 2026.

International Journal of Agriculture, Food and Innovation – MIYR is fully open access. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, enabling unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided appropriate credit is given to the original work.

Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref, ensuring persistent identification and reliable citation. The journal is managed using Open Journal Systems (OJS) to support a transparent and efficient editorial and publishing workflow.
