Repository Policy

The International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research – MIYR (IJSSHR-MIYR) supports the broad dissemination of scholarly research and allows authors to archive versions of their manuscripts in institutional or subject repositories.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their manuscripts:

Preprint (Submitted Version)
The version of the manuscript submitted to the journal prior to peer review may be deposited in institutional repositories, personal websites, or recognized scholarly platforms at any time.

Accepted Manuscript (Post-print)
The peer-reviewed version accepted for publication may be deposited in institutional repositories or other non-commercial repositories, provided that proper citation to the final published article is included.

Published Version (Version of Record)
The final published article may be shared and archived in repositories, websites, or academic platforms in accordance with the journal’s Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Citation Requirement

When depositing any version of the article, authors must include:

  • Full citation of the published article

  • The journal name

  • The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) link to the official published version

Purpose

This policy supports open access dissemination while ensuring that the published version of record remains clearly identifiable as the authoritative source.
