Aims and Scope
The International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research – MIYR (IJSSHR-MIYR) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed academic journal published by MIYR Press. The journal is dedicated to advancing rigorous and high-quality research in the fields of social sciences, humanities, education, and related interdisciplinary areas.
IJSSHR-MIYR provides an international platform for the dissemination of original research articles, theoretical contributions, empirical studies, case studies, and review articles that contribute to the understanding of human society, institutions, organizations, education, culture, and contemporary social issues.
Scope of the Journal
The journal welcomes submissions in, but is not limited to, the following areas:

- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) studies and environmental policy
- Sustainability, social development, and interdisciplinary social research
- Digital government, ICT, artificial intelligence, and technology-related social research
IJSSHR-MIYR particularly welcomes comparative, cross-cultural, and interdisciplinary research addressing contemporary social issues in Mongolia, Central Asia, and other regions, while encouraging studies that connect local and global perspectives.
The journal also welcomes research addressing health, well-being, sports, and physical activity from social science, educational, psychological, behavioral, economic, or public policy perspectives. Such research should demonstrate a clear connection to the journal’s social science, humanities, or educational focus.
Research Outside the Scope
The journal generally does not consider manuscripts that are primarily focused on clinical medicine, biomedical sciences, laboratory-based medical research, rehabilitation sciences, animal science, veterinary science, agriculture, soil science, forestry, or other natural and life sciences, unless the research has a clear and substantial focus on social, educational, psychological, behavioral, economic, policy, or other social science dimensions.
All manuscripts must be submitted in English and are subject to a double-blind peer review process conducted by members of the Editorial Board and independent external reviewers.
By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and academic rigor, the journal aims to advance theoretical knowledge and generate practical insights for education, policy-making, industry, and social development.
