Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document format.
  • Authors are encouraged to provide URLs for references where available.
  • The text must use Times New Roman, 11-point font, with 1.5 line spacing and 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides. All illustrations, figures, and tables must be placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. The file must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. In-text citations and references must follow APA 7th edition style, and italics should be used instead of underlining (except for URLs). Authors are encouraged to provide URLs for references where available.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English and should include the title, author(s) name and affiliation, an abstract of 150–250 words, 4–6 keywords, the main text divided into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion, and references in proper format; Original Articles should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words in length, excluding references.
  • References must be listed in alphabetical order and follow the APA 7th edition style consistently. Include DOIs where available, in the format: https://doi.org/xxxxx.
  • Please ensure the following before submission: All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate). Submissions with over 15% similarity may be rejected. Authors must disclose any AI tool use, which is allowed only for language polishing, data analysis, or formatting, with proper acknowledgment. Transparency and ethics are mandatory.
  • Double-Blind Submission: To ensure a fair double-blind peer review, please remove all author names, affiliations, and identifying information from the manuscript file. Author information should only be entered in the OJS metadata fields.

Author Guidelines

1. Article Types

The Journal accepts the following types of submissions:

  • Original Articles (research papers)
  • Review Articles
  • Case Studies
  • Short Communications

2. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English and include:

  • Title
  • Author(s) name and affiliation
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 terms)
  • Main text (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion)
  • References

Length: Original Articles should be 4,000–8,000 words (excluding references).

Double-Blind Submission:
To ensure a fair double-blind peer review, please remove all author names, affiliations, and identifying information from the manuscript file. Author information should only be entered in the OJS metadata fields.

3. Formatting

  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Referencing style: APA 7th (mandatory from Vol. 5, Issue 3, 2025). References must include DOIs where available.

4. Submission Process

  • Submit manuscripts via: youngres.com/submit
  • Registration as an author is required.
  • Acknowledgement will be sent within 3 business days.

5. Peer Review Policy

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Total processing time: approximately 7–8 weeks.
  • Reviewer evaluation period: typically 4 weeks within the total time.
  • Decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ comments; submissions by the Editor-in-Chief are handled independently by another editor.
  • Authors receive reviewer comments and decisions via email.

    Review Criteria include:

  • Relevance and novelty
  • Theoretical and practical significance
  • Creativity and logical structure
  • Impact on education and society
  • Adequacy of methodology and analysis
  • Quality of writing and presentation

6. Publication Ethics

The Journal follows Committee on Publication Ethics(COPE)  guidelines. Authors must ensure:

  • Originality of work
  • Proper citation of all sources
  • No simultaneous submissions to other journals

Plagiarism and AI Policy

  • All submissions are screened using Turnitin/iThenticate.
  • Manuscripts with similarity above 15% may be rejected without review.
  • AI tools may be used only for language polishing, data analysis, or formatting, not for generating original research content or conclusions. Authors must disclose any AI use.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support peer review, editorial workflow, DOI registration, and digital archiving, the Journal applies the following fees:

  • Submission (Review) Fee: MNT 130,000 (non-refundable, payable upon submission)
  • Publication Fee (APC): MNT 374,000 (payable upon acceptance)

There are no additional charges for page count, color figures, supplementary files, or online access.
Fee waivers or discounts may be considered for authors from low-income countries or in special circumstances, upon request at the time of submission.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance; all manuscripts undergo rigorous independent peer review.

Case Studies

Case study articles provide an in-depth analysis of specific cases, offering practical and theoretical insights. Submissions should include clear case descriptions, systematic analysis, and logical conclusions, and be relevant to the journal’s scope. All case study articles will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure rigorous and unbiased evaluation.

Short Communications

Short communications present concise and timely reports of significant research findings or novel ideas. Submissions should be brief, focused, and clearly structured, highlighting the main contribution without extensive background or discussion. All short communications will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure rigorous and unbiased evaluation.
